Heavy Duty Cleaning We define heavy duty cleaning (heavy) as a cleaning job in an apartment or house that has been neglected for an extended period of time (in most cases a few years). Very greasy kitchen walls and appliances, carpet and floors are very dir, accumulation of papers, books, and clothes. The tenant may be threaten with eviction, and there may be possible fire violations. If the tenant is hospitalized, a complete cleaning must be done to facilitate released from the hospital and make home attendant service possible.
