Moderate We define heavy duty cleaning (moderate) as any cleaning task that will take a stronger cleaning product to accomplished the job other than the ones available in a grocery store. A cleaning job that would not be done by a regular maintenance service or maid service. It may involve rubbish removal, furniture and appliance moving or removal, and wall cleaning.

We define heavy duty cleaning (heavy) as a cleaning job in an apartment or house that has been neglected for an extended period of time (in most cases a few years). Very greasy kitchen walls and appliances, carpet and floors are very dir, accumulation of papers, books, and clothes. The tenant may be threaten with eviction, and there may be possible fire violations. If the tenant is hospitalized, a complete cleaning must be done to facilitate released from the hospital and make home attendant service possible.
Very Heavy/Extremely Heavy We define heavy duty cleaning (very heavy/extremely heavy) as a cleaning job for a house or apartment that will require our men to be suited and protected because of a health hazard. The possible presence of mice or roaches, or there may be any of the following conditions : a very putrid odor, mildew, animal urine odor, decayed food, animal carcasses (cats), tiled floors have a heavy accumulation of dirt or animal feces from one (1) inch and in some case as high as six (6) inches, and possibly removal of floor (s). Where the accumulation of rubbish, papers, bottles, magazines etc., cover the entire floor and as high as the ceiling in some areas. Where there is a need for removal and discarding of all furniture and appliances because none can be salvaged.
